Job Description:

LVE is currently seeking Trade Show/Exhibit-experienced Project Managers to join our general contract/show management and custom fabrication team. We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and dedicated candidate with strong attention to detail. They must be able to work well with others and possess strong communication, follow-through and organizational skills.


The Project Manager will serve as an active member of the production team and will work with all departments to plan, manage and communicate the full scope of show management and custom build activities happening on an assigned project.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads the planning and implementation of all approved show management and custom fabrication projects
  • Analyze architectural and CAD drawings, make material take-offs, obtain quotes from suppliers, interpret design specifications
  • Define project scope of work, goals, and deliverables of projects
  • Review and redline corrections and apply change order additions as necessary on production drawings
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, and vendors
  • Maintain up to date and current product knowledge and inventories as applicable
  • Collaborate with Creative Design team to determine custom fabrication select finishes, confirm availability and secure approvals
  • Source materials, work with approved LVE vendors on project deliverables and request quotes for purchase orders
  • Manages and Track Third Party sub-contractors when applicable
  • Provide direction and support to ensure Production team meets requirements and quality standards
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with CAD/Design, Sales, Account Managers, other Project Managers, and Show Site Operation personnel
  • Performs other duties in support of client/project requirements


Job Requirements:

  • Execute and follow LVE Project Management Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) protocols in assuming full ownership over the assigned project and/or tasks related to the production of LVE contracts
  • Establish and demonstrate at least 5+ years of project management experience in a high capacity and fast-paced industry and/or College/Trade degree in related field
  • Related experience, understanding and knowledge of Trade Show/Exhibit project management
  • Ability to organize, schedule, and prioritize project workload with a high-level focus and attention to details
  • Highly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Able to communicate clear directives and instructions in a team setting
  • Managing preproduction planning, cost estimating, production labor, budget, materials, quality control, and schedules related to project deliverables and returns
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office programs

  • Must be able to focus on attention to detail while performing multiple tasks

  • Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Expected to work overtime and flexible hours as needed to meet production and departmental goals
