Job Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations & production, inventory management, and team leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse production activities, including project fulfillment and staging, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and R.T.S./storage
- Ensure efficient utilization of space and maintain a safe working environment
- Implement and maintain LVE approved warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing current and updated work orders, inventory coordination between national branches, and performance feedback
- Coordinate with Show Site Operations Manager for staging and delivery schedules
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and shipments
- Implement quality control procedures to meet LVE standards
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in warehouse supervisory or a similar role including operations and inventory management practices
- Minimum of 3+ years of trade show and exhibition experience (focused skill & experience)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and process improvement techniques
- Mechanical aptitude for understanding custom cabinet fabrication, system extrusions and related expo build products and substrates (preferred skill & experience)
- Demonstrated ability in team management and fostering a positive work environment
