Robert Cordaro
CEO

Bob first stepped onto a show floor almost three decades ago, in a time when the industry was far different from today’s polished convention business environment. His natural leadership skills and uncanny social acumen allowed him to quickly earn the trust and friendship of his clients. A man of great integrity, Bob always worked hard and delivered on his word — qualities both unique in and perfect for the breakneck pace of the convention industry.

Within a few years, Bob took those unique skills to build the foundation of his newest endeavor, Las Vegas Expo. With a sole focus on his three personal principles of integrity, hard work, and loyalty, the company grew quickly to a footprint of over 70,000 square feet in warehouse space and 35+ employees.

President

After a few years of learning the family business from the ground up starting in 1995, Nick decided to pursue a career in the financial services sector. He quickly rose through the ranks of major international banking, then applied that experience to several startup ventures.

When his father, Robert Cordaro, approached him about rejoining the family business and working alongside his sister, Jennifer, Nick happily agreed. The three of them now run the business together, bringing integrity, honesty, and passion to everything they do.

Nick loves the family atmosphere that his father helped instill in the company, and he truly values each and every day he gets to work with experts who care passionately about the customer experience and the company’s success. For him, the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships — where customers and coworkers can become lifelong friends — is what makes LVE so special.

Jennifer Cordaro
Vice President

Jennifer began her LVE career when the company first opened for business in 1994. Today she manages a staff of more than 100 people and over 145,000 square feet in warehouse operations, including employee and freight logistics.

Jennifer enjoys the ever-changing aspects of her job. She values every member of the LVE team, and she knows exactly how much enthusiasm and teamwork it takes to make every project—and every aspect of every show—happen. She thrives on the fast-paced business, and she enjoys the ongoing, daily opportunity to create and produce events at a level guaranteed to meet every customer’s needs.

William Paul
William Paul
VP of Finance

William Paul joined LVE as its Vice President – Finance in 2023 and provides leadership and oversight of all key financial functions of the company. He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Montana State University – Billings, a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana, and professional certifications in Business Valuation. William is a seasoned financial professional having more than 30 years of experience in investment management, financial planning, senior level commercial banking and credit management, as well as extensive management consulting and business valuation experience.

Lou Tassone
VP Business Development

When Lou joined the team as Vice President of Production in August 2018, he brought 28 years of experience along with him. Having spent time in the convention industry as a labor coordinator, a financial analyst, an operations manager, and a sales director, he now oversees all custom exhibits and corporate events from concept to installation nationwide. Having worked at the “big” general contractors as well as having owned his own business, Lou has learned that working with smaller companies allows for far more freedom and creativity in meeting a client’s specific needs. Lou learned one of his most foundational values during his military service: “Do what you say you’re going to do, each and every time.”

VP Customer Experience

Christy joined our team in February 2019. As Vice President of Customer Experience, she is responsible for ensuring that all customer-facing departments have the support and tools they need to continually produce shows that exceed expectations. She’s been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, working for industry leaders including The Mirage, Bellagio, and Wynn/Encore Resorts.

Damian Costa
President, Entertainment Division

With more than 28 years of high-level experience in large-scale multifaceted productions — including nearly a decade with Caesars Entertainment before launching his own company — Damian brings an enthusiastic burst of ideas and rock-solid follow-through to everything he does for LVE. His rich and in-depth knowledge of the people and pathways that have created some of the most vibrant entertainment experiences in Las Vegas history have positioned him as one of the industry’s preeminent theatrical producers — and a man who Wayne Newton once referred to in an interview with the Las Vegas Review–Journal as “a classy guy.”
