Their focus: enriching the user experience and enhancing knowledge with industry peers, exciting technological change in ways previously never thought possible.
The challenge
Excite but don’t overwhelm — the brief was to engage as many of the thousands of attendees as possible without crowding them out of the experience.
What we did
The concept created various zones where industry professionals could engage and teach, methodically placed to ensure Cvent reached as many attendees as possible. An open-floor concept let attendees navigate each zone with confidence and an appetite to learn.
