Solution
The concept was to excite but not overwhelm attendees by creating various zones in which industry professionals could engage and teach, methodically placed to ensure CVENT’s success in reaching as many attendees as possible. An open-floor concept allowed attendees to navigate and approach each zone with confidence and an appetite to learn. These zones included:

• Meeting spaces to create true one-on-one experiences


• Interactive touchscreen displays


• Speaker sessions in closed-off yet open settings to allow the participation of all attendees

Results
Using this open-floor concept, CVENT was able to provide over 12,000 event professionals with four days of networking, generating leads, and creating connections and memories they were able to take back with them and implement into their companies. It allowed attendees to maximize their learning with unprecedented success.
