Milk Mocha Bear is a globally loved character brand known for its charming, playful designs and dedicated fan community. As their convention presence expanded, the team wanted a booth that was more than a retail space — it needed to be an immersive environment that reflected the essence of the brand, encouraged exploration, and created moments fans would share far beyond the show floor..

Their vision was clear: build a “must-see” destination that would showcase product, drive sales, and leave fans with lasting memories.

Objectives

When asked about their goals, the Milk Mocha team explained:
“Our primary goal was to drive traffic flow (which leads to sales) and elevate brand awareness by creating a memorable, immersive experience that captured the essence of our brand. We wanted our booth to not only showcase products, but to create a space that naturally encouraged social sharing, exploration, and engagement for both new and existing fans.”


The Challenge
Milk Mocha’s original booth design didn’t fully capture the energy of their growing fan base. They needed something bolder and more engaging — a space that could both handle high traffic and stand out in a hall filled with visual competition.

The team put it simply:

“We’re always innovating and looking for ways to better serve our customers while enhancing the overall experience. Certain shows are especially meaningful to us, and we wanted to go ‘all out’ for our fans. The design aimed to make our presence instantly recognizable, while improving traffic flow, product visibility, and photo-worthiness to encourage interaction and viral exposure.”

Our Solution

LVE partnered with Milk Mocha to translate their whimsical brand into a large-scale, high-impact booth. Together we:


  • Designed a photo-worthy centerpiece that instantly caught the eye and encouraged fans to stop, snap, and share.

  • Created clear sightlines and traffic flow, making it easy for visitors to explore merchandise while reducing congestion.

  • Integrated modular, reusable elements so the booth could adapt to future shows without losing its unique impact.
