Overview
Teton Ridge, a leading sports branding company, partnered with us to design and build an impressive stage set for the Thomas & Mack Center PRCA Fan Zone during the National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in Las Vegas. The objective was to create an engaging pre-show activation that showcased the Teton Ridge Sports brand, promoted American rodeo culture, and provided an opportunity to shoot the Teton Ridge pre-show broadcast.
The stage set needed to reflect the vision of Teton Ridge and incorporate specific elements such as TR Sports branding and American rodeo promotion. The main components of the stage set included a LED stage backdrop, broadcast desk and additional separate footprints for potential broadcasting purposes.
Solution
The stage set was strategically placed in front of the Thomas & Mack Center to attract maximum attention from rodeo enthusiasts and fans, with both the stage set and the broadcast desk meticulously crafted to create an immersive and captivating experience for the audience.
The broadcast desk was a visually stunning centerpiece, incorporating TR Sports branding and showcasing dynamic visuals related to American rodeo culture. The separate footprints provided flexibility for shooting the Teton Ridge pre-show broadcast, enabling behind-the-scenes action, exclusive interviews, and experiences with rodeo athletes and celebrities during the NFR.
Results
The PRCA Fan Zone stage set received an overwhelmingly positive response from attendees and viewers of the NFR alike. The carefully crafted design elements, including TR Sports branding and captivating LED visuals, enhanced the overall atmosphere of the event while creating an engaging focal point within the Thomas & Mack Center PRCA Fan Zone.
