Overview
Every August, the Snap-on Franchisee Conference (SFC) sets a precedent for franchisees everywhere—by providing a three-day experience for suppliers and Franchisees alike to expand their knowledge and empower themselves to deliver better business solutions for Snap-on enthusiasts the world over.
Solution
Snap-on has over 22,000 products, so it’s easy to imagine how hard it is to feature them all on a single show floor. We worked with the client to divide its product offerings and respective exhibitors into over 10 separate sections in several halls at the Gaylord Texan Resort.
Results
SFC gave attendees a better understanding of Snap-on tools and their purposes, with engineers on site to provide extensive product focused education throughout the weekend-long event. The event also featured seminars aimed to improve profits and customer retention in the long run.
The sections proved to be successful, leading to a cohesive show experience for all. There was an ease to navigating the show floor that allowed attendees to maximize their opportunities for interacting with each other, learning from experts, and laying the groundwork for future business success.
