LVE Acquires Innovative Expo, Establishing Dedicated West Coast Operations
LVE has acquired Moreno Valley, California–based Innovative Expo, which will operate as LVE’s dedicated West Coast branch — expanding its footprint and enabling faster, localized on-site support.
Las Vegas, NV — February 17, 2026 — LVE, a leading provider of tradeshow and experiential event solutions, announced today the acquisition of Innovative Expo, a Moreno Valley, California–based exhibit and event services company. Innovative Expo will now operate as LVE’s dedicated West Coast branch, expanding the company’s footprint and strengthening its ability to support clients across the West Coast.
This strategic acquisition supports LVE’s continued growth in key West Coast markets and enhances its commitment to delivering reliable, responsive, on-site support for client programs. By establishing a local branch, LVE will be able to provide faster response times, improved logistics, and hands-on support for events and tradeshows throughout the region.
