The Account Manager (AM) works in concert with Sales as the liaison between the Customer (Show Management), Facilities, and Operations staff responsible for production, planning, and execution of trade shows or events as assigned by Management. The Account Manager takes all appropriate and necessary actions to ensure clients regard the organization in high esteem and rely upon us as their dependable resource for all current and future trade shows and events.

LVE Exhibitor Services (ES) department works directly with customers in-person, by phone and email to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, and process orders.
